I'm inside. I'm warm and I'm dry. It's pouring down rain, but I'm snugly in a coffee shop looking at this beautiful, very wet view. But I'm dry. And I'm warm. I don't know where Michelle is. I don't know how she is keeping warm. She's been up there five days longer than she planned. Is she hungry?
I'm trying to keep my heart and mind focused on one thing: on God being glorified. That is the one thing we can depend upon. In all this, God will be glorified. The other thing I know is that God loves and cares for Michelle, her friends and her family. And in that knowledge I must rest.
Michelle posted this on Facebook the day she began this adventure: you Lord keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light. With your help I can advance....with my God I can scale a (mountain)! Ps 18:28-29.
